Makeup Rulebook (Policies)
By booking, scheduling, or accepting any service provided by Haus of Ayo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and legally agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Acceptance of any service constitutes full agreement to all policies outlined below.
Booking & Payments
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Remaining balance is due on the day of service.
• Appointments are not confirmed without payment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• One reschedule is allowed with proper notice.
Lateness
• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened.
• Arrivals 20 minutes late may result in cancellation without refund.
Group Appointments
• Group makeup requires a consultation prior to booking.
• Final headcount must be confirmed at least 72 hours before the event.
• Late additions cannot be guaranteed.
Travel
• Travel fees apply for mobile services and are calculated based on location.
• Parking must be provided or reimbursed if applicable.
Skin Preparation
• Clients are expected to arrive with a clean, moisturized face.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking or opting into any service provided by Haus of Ayo, you expressly consent to these Terms & Conditions and agree that they are legally binding and enforceable. Failure to comply with these policies may result in refusal of service without refund.
